Being involved with the community is important to us at Welsh's, and we are happy to learn how we can help your organization.

In order to consider a sponsorship, we ask that you send us
your sponsorship request in an easy straight forward proposal.
Please email your sponsorship proposal to us as one
of the following options:

• attached as a Microsft Word® document
• attached as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file
• directly in your email letter

Remember to include:

• your name, and organization
• your contact information
• sponsorship options and what they include
• a brief description about your organization and event
• when the event will be taking place
• a deadline/closing date for sponsorship involvement

Welsh's will only sponsor Equine related events.
